Cbk44 reserves the right to reject any application or close any account, particularly where there is evidence of a rule violation.

Your account must be active and verified to make a deposit at cbk44. We currently support the following payment methods:

• bKash — Instant deposits, minimum BDT 100
• Nagad — Instant deposits, minimum BDT 100
• Rocket — Deposit processing time: 5–10 minutes
• Bank Transfer — 1–2 hours on business days

Funds deposited go directly into your cbk44 wallet. There are no additional charges on deposits. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the account sending the payment must belong to the same person as the cbk44 account holder.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from cbk44:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount BDT 300।
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours will be processed within.
• The withdrawal payment method must match the method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Maximum single-day withdrawal limit BDT 50,000 (Separate limits apply for VIP Members).

If unusual or suspicious activity is detected, cbk44 may delay or cancel a withdrawal and place the matter under investigation.

Cbk44 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information during registration.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious transactions.
• Order from a court or law enforcement agency.
• If the member submits a request to close their account.

A Member retains the right to withdraw any legitimate balance before account closure, though this may be suspended during an ongoing investigation.

If you have a complaint or dispute, please follow the steps below:

• Step Two: cbk44 will provide an initial response within 3 business days.
• Step Three: Once the investigation is complete, a final decision will be communicated via email.

Cbk44's decisions are final and binding. However, Members may pursue legal remedies in accordance with local law if they choose.

Cbk44 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or platform notification before changes take effect.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• For major changes, at least 7 days in advance Notice will be provided.
